Terms & Conditions

General

This website is operated by a private company (hereinafter, “we,” “our Company”). Our registered contact email is: mdac@entryclearance.org.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our professional services (described in the “About Our Services” section). By confirming payment for our services, you (“you,” “the User,” or “the Customer”) explicitly agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Once payment is confirmed, the User gains the status of Customer and is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect new laws, regulations, or business requirements, without prior notice. Updated versions take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

The Terms and Conditions will remain available on this website for consultation. In the event of discrepancies between translations, the English version will prevail.

For any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please reach out to our Customer Service via the Contact Form.

About Our Services

This website is privately owned and not affiliated with any government authority.

  • Health Declarations: travel health certificates required by some countries before entry.

Additional services may also be offered, such as:

  • Priority Processing: faster handling of your request for an additional fee.
  • Government Priority Services: when available from the immigration authority, expedited handling for an additional official fee.
  • Embassy Registration: optional service where your details are shared with your country’s embassy for safety and emergency purposes (adults only).
  • Fee Protection: optional add-on ensuring refund eligibility in the event of certain cancellations (illness, transport disruption, or force majeure) if conditions are met.

Our services generally include:

  1. Providing information about travel document requirements.
  2. Guiding applicants through the form-filling process.
  3. Submitting applications on behalf of applicants.
  4. Keeping customers updated about their application status.
  5. Delivering approved documents by email.

Important Note: Final approval or rejection of applications rests solely with the destination country’s immigration authority, beyond our control.

We are not responsible for currency exchange fees, bank charges, or card issuer surcharges.

Payments

Payment methods accepted are listed on the website. Using unauthorized methods may result in lost funds, for which we assume no liability.

By paying, you confirm that the debit/credit card used belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it. We may cooperate with banks or authorities in investigating fraudulent payments.

If a card is declined, blocked, or unauthorized, services will not be rendered.

Technical Corrections

Before finalizing payment, you will have the chance to review and correct the information provided. All data must be true, complete, and up to date. Errors or false information may result in rejection of your application.

Refund Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction and allow refund requests under certain conditions.

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our Contact Form within 30 days of payment confirmation.
  • Each application must have its own refund request.

Eligibility:

  • Full refund: if your application has not yet been submitted to authorities.
  • Partial refund (50%): if your application was approved.
  • Full refund: if your application is denied by the authorities.
  • Government fees are non-refundable.
  • Ancillary service fees are always non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 72 hours after approval and returned via the same payment method. Banks may take up to 10 business days to reflect the refund.

Withdrawal and Cancellation

Because travel documents are personalized with your details, you do not have a general right of withdrawal once submitted.

You may cancel if your document has not yet been delivered. Refunds will follow the conditions in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

  • False, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.
  • The applicant is ineligible under government rules.
  • The customer fails to provide required documents or respond to requests.

No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs due to these reasons.

Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Approval or rejection decisions by immigration authorities.
  • Errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
  • Delays caused by government processing.
  • Refusal of entry at the border, even with an approved travel document.
  • Airline refusal to board due to discrepancies between travel documents and passport details.

We are also not liable for misuse of services by minors, third parties, or unauthorized individuals submitting personal data without consent.
